Your tickets arrive digitally — here’s exactly what to expect.
Almost all Orlando tickets are now delivered digitally. No waiting for the post. No printing required unless you want to. Here’s how it works in practice.
Standard digital delivery
After your payment is confirmed, we send your ticket confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. Most tickets arrive within 24 hours — the majority arrive within a few hours. Some come through almost immediately.
Your email confirmation will tell you:
- The ticket reference or barcode you need at the gate
- Whether you need to link your ticket to an app (see Disney below)
- Any specific entry instructions for your ticket
Disney World tickets — link to My Disney Experience
Disney tickets come with a code that you link to the free My Disney Experience app. This is Disney’s official app — you’ll use it for everything during your Disney days: live wait times, dining reservations, Lightning Lane and your park entry barcode. Download the app before you receive your tickets, then link them using the instructions we send with your confirmation. It takes about two minutes.
Universal tickets
Universal tickets arrive as a barcode or QR code in your email. Show this at the Universal gate on your first day. Universal also has its own app for wait times and dining — worth downloading, though not required for entry.
Kennedy Space Center and other attractions
Most attraction tickets work the same way — a barcode or QR code in your email that you scan at the gate. Specific instructions will be included with your confirmation for any attraction with different requirements.
Check your junk folder
Ticket confirmation emails sometimes end up in junk or spam folders, particularly if this is your first order with us. If your confirmation hasn’t arrived within 24 hours, check junk/spam first. If it’s still not there, contact us with your order reference and we’ll sort it out immediately.
Travelling soon?
If your travel date is within 48 hours and you haven’t received your tickets, contact us urgently. We’ll prioritise your order.
