Important Information

  • You will receive a voucher for your I-RIDE Trolley Unlimited Ride Pass. This can be easily redeemed at any stop direct with the trolley driver.
  • Your ticket voucher expires 12 months from the date you download it from your customer account.
  • The I-RIDE Trolleys include two wheelchair positions and an ADA-specified hydraulic lift system, weight limitations apply. (Maximum weight - including passenger and vehicle - is 600 lbs, width restriction is 30" wide and height restriction is 48" length.)
  • Children aged 3-9 do not require a ticket and can board for just $1 per ride (payable in cash to the driver).
  • All passes are valid for consecutive days upon activation on the trolley.
  • Cancellation Policy: Tickets can be cancelled for free until they are downloaded from your customer account. Once tickets have been downloaded, this ticket is non-refundable.
