Important Information
- Universal Express Passes DO NOT OFFER ADMISSION to the Universal Orlando Theme Parks. A separate valid Universal Orlando Admission Ticket is required in addition to a Universal Express Ticket.
- Universal Express gives you one-time priority access to each participating ride and attraction at the selected Universal theme park. If you wish to enjoy any of the rides or attractions a second time, you must join the regular queue.
- Express Ride Access is a separate line with a much shorter wait time than the regular ride queue.
- Universal Express Passes are valid only for the selected date and cannot be used on any other date.
- Universal Express is only available during normal theme park operating hours. Tickets are not valid for separately ticketed special events.
Redemption
- Look for the Will Call Kiosks signage at the entrance to Universal Studios Florida or Universal Islands of Adventure. Redeem your tickets from either the kiosk machine or a ticket window using your unique Universal Confirmation Number.
Participating Attractions
- Participating rides and attractions are subject to change without notice.
- Universal Express is not valid at select rides and attractions. These currently include Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure™, Pteranodon Flyers and Raptor Encounter at Universal Islands of Adventure.
- Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
- Tickets can be cancelled for free up to your holiday departure date. No refunds are given after this time.
