Important Information
- Universal Express Passes DO NOT OFFER ADMISSION to the Universal Orlando Theme Parks. A separate valid Universal Orlando Admission Ticket is required in addition to a Universal Express Ticket.
- The 5-Day 3-Park Universal Orlando Express Pass is valid for any 5 days within a 7-day validity window from the ticket start date selected.
- Universal Express gives you one-time priority access per day to each participating ride and attraction at Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Epic Universe. If you wish to enjoy any of the rides or attractions a second time on the same day, you must join the regular queue.
- Express ride access is a separate line with a much shorter wait time than the regular ride queue.
- Universal Express is only available during normal theme park operating hours. Tickets are not valid for separately ticketed special events.
Redemption
- Look for the Will Call Kiosks signage at the entrance to Universal Studios Florida or Universal Islands of Adventure. There are a limited number of ticket windows at the entrance to Universal Epic Universe, so we recommend collecting your Express Passes before visiting Epic Universe.
Participating Attractions
- Participating rides and attractions are subject to change without notice.
- Universal Express is not valid at select rides and attractions. These currently include Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure™, Pteranodon Flyers and Raptor Encounter at Universal Islands of Adventure and Dragon Racer’s Rally at Epic Universe.
- Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
- Tickets can be cancelled for free up to your holiday departure date. No refunds are given after this time.
