- Each airboat can accommodate up to 17 passengers and your tour will most likely be shared with other guests.
- Tours are subject to weather conditions, especially in colder months. If your tour is cancelled due to weather, you’ll be offered an alternative date. If that’s not possible, please contact us for a full refund.
- Each tour is unique and while our experienced captains know the area well, every trip offers different discoveries.
- We recommend dressing comfortably and bringing sunscreen and insect repellent. It can be up to 10 degrees cooler on the water, so a jacket is advised.
- Hearing protection and life vests are provided for all passengers.
- Please check in 60 minutes prior to your departure time. Late arrivals will forfeit their reservation and seats may be given to standby guests.
- Tours are safe and fun for all ages, everyone’s welcome! There’s no minimum age or height requirement. Children under 2 can sit on your lap or ride beside you and children under 6 must wear a life vest (provided).
- A minimum of 6 guests is needed for this tour to run. Boggy Creek will advise guests at least 2 hours in advance if this minimum number has not been met.
- Tours do not run in temperatures less than 60°F (15.5°C)
- *CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the operator up to 24 hours before your chosen activity date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 24 hours.
