• The Universal Epic Universe 1 Day VIP Experience DOES NOT OFFER ADMISSION to the Universal Epic Universe. A separate valid Universal Epic Universe Admission Ticket is required in addition to a Universal Epic Universe 1-Park 1-Day VIP Experience Ticket.
• The 1-Park 1-Day VIP Experience Ticket is date and time-specific and cannot be used at any other time.
• Tickets include a pre-scheduled four hour tour of Universal Epic Universe theme park; priority entrance at select participating rides and attractions based on itinerary at discretion of Universal Orlando; one Universal Express pass; a VIP Experience souvenir lanyard and one complimentary valet parking on day of the VIP tour (1 vehicle, based on availability with advance purchase).
• Tours depart approximately 30 minutes after the check-in time.
• The sameday Universal Express pass will provide one-time express ride access (with VIP credential) at all participating rides and attractions for the date of the VIP tour (valid at the conclusion of the VIP tour during normal park operating hours) on the same calendar day as the tour. Express ride access is a separate queue line with a shorter wait time at participating rides and attractions. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Attractions, entertainment or specific benefits may change operating hours, close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events, and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and liability.

Cancellation Policy

Tickets can be cancelled for free up to 48 hours before your tour date. No refunds are given after this time. Cancellation requests received outside of business hours will be deemed as received the next working day.
