Redemption

• You can obtain your digital tickets up to 30 days before your visit to Universal Orlando Resort by visiting universalorlando.com/get-tickets and entering your Universal Orlando Confirmation Number. Download your Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket directly to your smartphone (or print in advance if you do not have a smartphone) and present the QR code at the entrance to each Universal Orlando park when prompted.
• For those that would prefer to collect tickets locally, look for the Will Call Kiosks signage at the entrance to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure or Universal Volcano Bay. Redeem your tickets from either the kiosk machine or ticket window using your unique Universal Confirmation Number.

Entitlements

• 14 consecutive days of unlimited park-to-park admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Epic Universe and Universal Volcano Bay from the ticket start date selected.
• Move freely between all 4 Universal Orlando Parks for the duration of your ticket.
• *Universal Volcano Bay will begin a seasonal closure on 26 October 2026, with a current planned reopening on or before 1 April 2027.
• The Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket is non-transferable and must be used by the same person on all days.
• The ticket is only valid during normal park operating hours and cannot be used for separately ticketed events.
• Ticket does not include admission to separately ticketed events at any Universal Orlando theme park, CityWalk venue, Universal Cinemark, Hollywood Drive-In Golf™ or parking or discounts on food or merchandise.
• Parks, attractions, entertainment or specific benefits may change operating hours, close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events, and may change or be discontinued without notice and liability.

Cancellation Policy

Please note once tickets have been sent, it is not possible to amend the number of tickets in your booking. If you need to change the number of guests in your party or change passenger names, all Universal Tickets on your booking will need to be cancelled and re-booked. We won't charge an amendment fee for making this change, but new prices may apply to your booking.
