Important Information
- Universal Express Passes DO NOT OFFER ADMISSION to the Universal Orlando Theme Parks. A separate valid Universal Epic Universe Admission Ticket is required in addition to a Universal Express Ticket.
- Universal Express gives you one-time priority access to each participating ride and attraction at Universal Epic Universe. If you wish to enjoy any of the rides or attractions a second time you must join the regular queue.
- Universal Express Passes are only valid for the date selected and cannot be used on any other date.
- Express ride access is a separate line with a much shorter wait time than the regular ride queue.
- Participating rides and attractions are subject to change without notice. Universal Express is currently not valid for Pteranodon Flyers and Raptor Encounter at Universal Islands of Adventure, plus Dragon Racer’s Rally at Universal Epic Universe.
- Universal Express is only available during normal theme park operating hours. Tickets are not valid for separately ticketed special events.
- Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice.
Redemption
- Look for the Will Call Kiosks signage at the entrance to Universal Epic Universe and redeem your tickets from one of the ticket windows.
- There are a limited number of ticket windows at the entrance to Universal Epic Universe, so we recommend collecting your Express Passes before visiting Epic Universe. Passes can be collected from any Will Call Kiosk ticket machine or ticket window at the entrance to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal’s Volcano Bay as well as at the Universal Hotels.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets can be cancelled for free up to your holiday departure date. No refunds are given after this time.
