Important Information
- You will be issued a gate-ready Gatorland Admission Ticket. Scan the QR code at the entrance for speedy admission.
- Tickets are time and date-specific. If you need to amend your visit to Gatorland and/or your Screamin’ Gator Zip Line time, follow the instructions on your ticket to change your arrangements.
- Tickets are valid for a single day at Gatorland Orlando and are valid during standard park hours only. Gatorland is open from 10.00am to 5.00pm daily.
- Participants must wear closed-toe shoes. Gatorland do not allow skirts or dresses and short shorts are discouraged.
- Participants must be at least 36" (3 foot) tall and weigh no more than 275 lbs (19.5 stone). All guests must be able to fit safely into the zip line harnesses and will be weighed prior to joining the Screamin’ Gator Zip Line experience
- Participants will be required to sign a Release, Liability Waiver and Consent form on the day of their visit. Minors under the age of 18 must have the documents signed by a parent or legal guardian on the day.
- For children, there is no age restriction. They must be 36″ tall or more to be able to zip and under 275 Lbs.
- Children 8 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult who is participating on the zipline course.
- Pregnant guests are prohibited from participating on the zipline course.
- For safety reasons, cameras, cell phones, video equipment, including GoPro™ HD cameras and other personal items may not be taken on your adventure. Secure lockers are available for storing your belongings.
Cancellation Policy:
- Tickets can be cancelled for free with a full refund up to your holiday departure date. No refunds are given for cancellations made post-departure.
