- You will be sent an open-dated Orlando Eye ticket that can be used at any time within 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Flights on the Orlando Eye are subject to availability and operate from 10.00am to 10.00pm during the week and 10.00am to 12.00am at weekends. Tickets allow one flight on the Orlando Eye.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult (18+ years).
- Children aged 2 years and under fly for free.
- *Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled up to your holiday departure date. No refunds are given for cancellations made post-departure.
- As of 29th June , 2026, the Orlando Eye is temporarily closed as it undergoes its scheduled annual maintenance. At this time, we are still awaiting confirmation on the reopening date and will be sure to share updates with you as soon as they become available.
